Not that I've ever been an Obama supporter, but this totally just made my opinion of him go even lower. I thought he said, and I quote, “First of all, if you’ve got health insurance, you like your doctors, you like your plan, you can keep your doctor, you can keep your plan. Nobody is talking about taking that away from you.”¹ Ummm... Yeahhh... So far, I don't see things going in that direction. If businesses no longer feel like they have enough incentive to pay for your insurance and would rather pay the penalty to the government, something is up. Now the estimated 7 million Americans losing insurance will have to find new doctors and health insurance plans. There's no keeping that.

Right now, my family can't afford to go through this kind of crap. If you know about my family situation, you would know why. There's too much at stake for us. It was already a mess when my dad's company decided to switch insurance providers. I can only imagine what would happen if the company decided to drop health insurance altogether.
Then what is this thing about paying an individual penalty if you don't have health insurance? I feel like Obama is just trying to find ways to dig himself out of this $1.165 trillion deficit that he's about to get us into with his health care plan. There is no reason to take money away people for not having health insurance. They already pay enough every time they go to the doctor's office.

Stop making promises you can't keep. Geez, I can't wait for his term to end.
